What Happens Next

After you submit your project:

  • We review your project details and follow up with any clarifying questions
  • We provide a written scope of work and timeline
  • You review and approve before we begin

What to Include

The more detail you provide, the faster we can turn around a proposal. Most helpful:

  • Architectural floor plans (PDF or CAD)
  • Project address and AHJ jurisdiction
  • Proposed panel and equipment
  • Project specifications (if applicable)
  • Existing drawings (for renovations)
  • Your permit submission target date

Already in Plan Review?

If you've received plan review corrections and need a resubmittal, include the AHJ's comments in the form. We'll review them and let you know what's needed to address each item.

Tight deadline? Include your permit submission date in the form. We'll confirm upfront whether we can meet your schedule — we won't take on a project we can't deliver on time.

Not Sure What You Need?

If you're not sure which services apply to your project, describe the project and where you are in the process. We'll identify what's needed and explain what each deliverable covers.

Common Questions

How quickly will I receive a proposal after submitting?

+

We review all project submissions and follow up with any questions about the scope before providing a proposal. Turnaround on proposals depends on project complexity and the completeness of the information provided.

Do I need to have floor plans ready before I submit?

+

Floor plans are required to produce permit drawings, but you do not need them to get a proposal. Submit what you have and describe the project. We can provide a preliminary scope and pricing range based on the project description, and finalize the proposal once floor plans are available.

Is there a minimum project size?

+

No. We work on projects of all sizes, from small tenant improvements to large multi-building campuses. Smaller projects — such as standalone battery calculations or a plan review response — are handled the same way as full permit drawing packages. Submit your project and we'll scope it accordingly.

How do you handle confidential project information?

+

Your project information is confidential. We do not share project details with other clients, we do not use your project information for marketing purposes, and we do not contact your clients directly. If you require a non-disclosure agreement before sharing project information, we can accommodate that.

What file formats do you work with?

+

We work with PDF, DWG, DXF, and most common document formats. We deliver drawings in PDF format for permit submission, and can provide DWG files on request. If you have files in a format not listed, contact us and we'll confirm compatibility before you submit.

Can I submit multiple projects at once?

+

Yes. If you have multiple projects that need design support, submit them separately so we can scope each one individually. If you have an ongoing volume of work, contact us to discuss a standing arrangement. We work with contractors who need regular design support on a project-by-project basis.

Do you offer rush turnaround?

+

We can accommodate expedited timelines depending on current workload and project complexity. Include your required delivery date in the form and we'll confirm whether we can meet it. We do not take on projects we cannot deliver on time — if we cannot meet your deadline, we'll tell you upfront.
